About the role
NKSFB, LLC is seeking an office services scanner to join our dynamic team in Encino. This position is crucial for supporting the firm's high-volume document workflow and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and precision.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-speed scanners to convert physical documents into digital formats.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure scanned images are complete, legible, and properly captured.
- Organize, categorize, and archive scanned files in accordance with firm protocols to support efficient retrieval.
- Maintain and oversee document archiving and digital file management systems.
- Collaborate with Office Services team members to meet daily workflow goals and project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot scanner issues, perform basic maintenance, and escalate technical problems when needed.
- Follow all firm policies related to data handling, privacy, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in scanned documents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data entry, document management, or office technology is a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
The role offers a hybrid schedule to increase commute convenience.
