About the role

River Oaks Hospital is operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), a King of Prussia, PA-based company that is one of the nation’s largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Baton Rouge and Lafayette areas.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Represent River Oaks Hospital at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare business development or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful business development activities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
