Key Responsibilities
- Possess and leverage a deep understanding of the target accounts and their needs.
- Engage prospects through various channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify opportunities through detailed discovery conversations.
- Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong handoff context.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM.
- Test and iterate on outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline through cold outreach.
- Strong phone skills and comfort handling objections live.
- Ability to personalize messaging while working through account lists at scale.
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).
- Self-starter who can maintain activity levels without heavy oversight.
