Key Responsibilities

  • Possess and leverage a deep understanding of the target accounts and their needs.
  • Engage prospects through various channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and qualify opportunities through detailed discovery conversations.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong handoff context.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM.
  • Test and iterate on outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline through cold outreach.
  • Strong phone skills and comfort handling objections live.
  • Ability to personalize messaging while working through account lists at scale.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).
  • Self-starter who can maintain activity levels without heavy oversight.
