Business Analyst(Infra services)

About the role

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. The candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders through interviewing stakeholders and analyzing current business processes and systems.
• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support projects and ensure deliverables are met according to specifications.
• Perform data analysis, design solutions, and write technical requirements.
• Test and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct research and create procedures to improve existing systems.
• Provide training and support to users.
• Write Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Requirements

5+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Skills

• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments.
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and development and implementation of effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects.
