Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with traders, business users, and development teams.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Support pricing system enhancements and valuation workflows.
- Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide production support.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge.
- Experience with pricing/valuation systems.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, or Derivatives.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
