Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a long term contract position located in St. Louis, Missouri. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and offers an hourly rate of $55‑$60, with standard work hours from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and clarify business requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, run one-on-one interviews or larger group workshops, and produce detailed documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Create process maps or use other process modeling techniques.
• Keep product owner(s) updated on status.
• Act as the "face" of the use case for stakeholders, communicating where it stands in the process.
