Business Analyst

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex planning and scheduling functions within a manufacturing environment using Dynamics 365 (F&O preferred). They will also own the end-to-end planning and scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and system governance.

Responsibilities

• Owning complex functions such as planning and scheduling
• Designing, documenting, and communicating end-to-end planning and scheduling processes
• Managing stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and system governance

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or supply chain systems
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (F&O preferred)
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience owning complex functions (planning, scheduling, production)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Process design, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to balance business needs with system governance

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven track record of success in similar roles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
