Responsibilities
- Research forthcoming state and national self-storage events
- Aid HQ and field team members with registrations and event information
- Conduct continuous competitor benchmarking
- Carry out continuous market research
- Manage affiliate notifications regarding customer credit disputes
- Meet routinely with the Director of USSAN to discuss expenses, marketing efforts, travel arrangements, and other critical items
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and maintain detailed documentation
