Responsibilities
- Provide first-line user support for Workday-related questions and issues
- Assist with data entry, validation, and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support Workday system configuration changes under supervision
- Participate in testing (UAT) for system updates, enhancements, or integrations
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex problems
- Maintain documentation, job aids, and process guides
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to resolve operational or system issues
- Assist with training end users and creating support materials
- Support system monitoring activities (e.g., integrations, time tracking, payroll inputs)
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Workday
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with project management
Skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users
- Team player with positive collaboration skills
- Critical problem-solving skills
