We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule? The posting includes: "Why Join Servtech..." includes about the role, culture, benefits, growth, sign-on/relocation bonus, responsibilities, qualifications, work environment, physical demands, pay range. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include sections that have real content. Let's parse content: - Intro: "Why Join Servtech, a Roeslein & Associates Company At Servtech, a Roeslein & Associates Company, you’re not just taking a job—you are becoming an employee owner. As part of an ESOP organization, you share the success you help create while building a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. As an EPC, we provide an integrated approach to project delivery, managing all aspects of engineering, procurement, and construction. Our teams deliver fit for purpose oil and gas technology, data center infrastructure, and power generation technology, engineering, and manufacturing solutions from custom design and modular fabrication to rigorous testing, commissioning, automation, and ongoing field services. Your work supports critical infrastructure projects from concept through completion." That's about the role/company. Could go under About the role. - "A Values Driven, People First Culture We live by a simple but powerful philosophy: Remain Humble. Stay Hungry. Be Happy . This means: Working hard and continuously improving Treating people with respect and integrity Prioritizing safety and quality in everything we do Enjoying the work we do—together" That's culture; could be part of About the role or separate but we have limited headings. Could include under About the role. - "Competitive Pay & Comprehensive Benefits We offer a rewards package designed to support your whole life—at work and at home: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Paid parental leave Education and tuition reimbursement? Actually "Education and tuition reimbursement" Bonus opportunities based on company performance" That's benefits. Also sign-on and relocation bonus details later. - "Growth, Development & Career Paths We Believe Careers Should Grow, Not Stall. Whether You’re Early In Your Career Or Bring Years Of Experience, We Support Your Development Through Mentorship from experienced professional Ongoing technical, safety, and leadership training Clear pathways for advancement across teams and disciplines Tuition and education reimbursement Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus." That's benefits (sign-on/relocation) and growth. - Responsibilities section: list of duties. - Qualifications section: list of qualifications. - Work Environment: description. - Physical Demands: description. - Pay Range: Salary Range: USD $21.25/Hr. - USD $28.98/Hr. We need to decide which headings to use. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can pick those that have content. We have About the role (intro + culture). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications and Skills?). Qualifications (list). Skills (maybe separate but we can combine). Benefits (list). Pay (salary range). Schedule (maybe not present; no schedule info). So we should not create Schedule heading if no content. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details like ESOP, 401k, medical dental vision life insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, paid parental leave, education/tuition reimbursement, bonus opportunities, mentorship, ongoing technical/safety/leadership training, clear pathways for advancement, tuition reimbursement (again), sign-on bonus $2k (50% after 30 days, 50% after 6 months), relocation bonus $5k for >50 miles, must stay 12 months to retain. Also mention "Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k)" maybe as benefit. Also mention "Growth, Development & Career Paths" maybe under Benefits or separate but we can include under Benefits as bullet points. We need to avoid duplication: tuition reimbursement appears twice; we can keep once. We need to include Work Environment and Physical Demands maybe under Requirements or Qualifications? Could be under Requirements (maybe "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" as subpoints). But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could put Work Environment under Requirements, Physical Demands under Requirements as well. Or we could create a separate section but not in allowed list; better to fold into Requirements. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
      • . For qualifications list, also
        • . For benefits list, also
          • . For work environment and physical demands maybe not a list but prose; we can use

. We need to avoid repeating job title. Not needed. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
