About the role
We’re looking for Assembly Technicians at all experience levels to join our team in our Clean Room (Controlled Environment Area). Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, this is your opportunity to develop technical skills, contribute to a high-performing team, and grow into a leadership role.
Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM-2:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments
- Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes
- Perform tasks such as:
- Instrument assembly (various complexity levels)
- Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching
- Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation
- Inspect and test completed products using precision tools
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards

Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Manufacturing and/or similar experience preferred
