Booking Quality Specialist

This role operates within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The Booking Quality Specialist ensures quality evidence is maintained, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate booking quality checks with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Review and track role documentation (Travbest) with clear status updates for booking quality.
• Document quality monitoring with deadline management, maintaining traceability and accountability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for booking quality processes.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
• Apply data accuracy while adhering to deadlines and preserving evidence.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when awaiting external confirmations rather than making assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of tasks by maintaining secure, traceable, and well-documented handoffs for the next authorized teammate.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
