Billingsley Travel Agency is looking for a Booking Quality Specialist who can bring disciplined follow-through to service quality across family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. This role ensures every handoff within family travel operations clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Track the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team turn quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Own the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by reviewing work against documented quality standards.
• Coordinate the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by scoring and documenting observed defects.
• Review the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by identifying recurring failure patterns.
• Maintain the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by tracking corrective actions and follow-up.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
