About the Role

Support personalized cruises, groups, weddings, honeymoons, multigenerational trips, lodging, transportation, and activities, with particular attention to service quality. Responsibilities

• Turn quality findings into practical process feedback as part of the Booking Quality Specialist workflow.
• Review work against documented quality standards to ensure compliance.
• Score and document observed defects in bookings.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain tracking of corrective actions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure remote execution leaves service quality accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
