RemoteRemoteQuality Assurance$45k–$67k/yrFull-time

This role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The Booking Quality Specialist ensures quality evidence is maintained, separating confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

About the role

The Booking Quality Specialist applies a booking-focused, quality-focused, and specialized-execution approach to maintain and improve booking quality within the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Work is evaluated based on traceability, ownership, and the prevention of downstream rework.

Responsibilities

  • Review booking quality with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Document role-specific processes and status tracking, maintaining clarity on source, owner, status, and next steps.
  • Maintain quality monitoring and deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
  • Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and usability in the operational context.
  • Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced early.

Decision Pattern & Quality Standards

Quality evidence must remain usable under the specific demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified before causing downstream rework.

Success Profile

  • Confidently use TGL LU Workflow Context and Quality Assurance tools in a booking-focused, quality-focused, and specialized-execution environment.
  • Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
  • Use judgment for follow-up, especially when dependent on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine data accuracy, reporting, and workflow context; work remains open if these signals are not current.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
