About the role
Renata Travel DMC is adding a Booking Quality Specialist whose work will make service quality easier to trust across incoming DMC operations in Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, and Italy. This includes tailor-made programs, excursions, transfers, groups, MICE, and local partners. The role focuses on booking quality specialized execution within incoming DMC operations, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Success means service quality is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history. This result is measured through booking quality specialized execution within incoming DMC operations.
Responsibilities
- Review the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team score and document observed defects.
- Maintain the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team identify recurring failure patterns.
- Track the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team track corrective actions and follow-up.
- Own the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team turn quality findings into practical process feedback.
- Coordinate the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team review work against documented quality standards.
Qualifications
- Use Process Auditing and Incoming DMC Operations confidently when carrying out booking quality specialized execution.
- Apply Feedback Analysis without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Mediterranean Destination Operations decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Compliance Checks, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Schedule
Full-time, associate-level position.
Pay
Base salary: $46,000–$68,000 per year.
Work Arrangement
100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is complete only when booking quality specialized execution leaves service quality accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
