Responsibilities
- Reconcile booking quality with root cause analysis, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate documentation for sight-sea travel roles with status tracking, maintaining clarity in the workflow.
- Review quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced early.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain traceability and compliance.
- Maintain quality control through workflow management, ensuring work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements
- Use Sight Sea Travel Workflow Context and Quality Assurance tools confidently in a booking-focused, quality-driven environment.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when dependent on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure handoffs meet the role-specific test: deadline management, source verification, and root cause analysis must be current for work to be considered complete.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
