Booking Quality Specialist

About the role

This role operates within Philippine travel/DMC operations spanning leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE. The Booking Quality Specialist ensures quality evidence is maintained, with confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separated.

Responsibilities

• Review booking quality with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Document Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and accountability for booking quality.
• Maintain quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before downstream rework.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring all quality evidence remains usable under the demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Coordinate quality control with workflow management, applying a booking-focused, quality-focused, and specialized-execution work profile.

• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions clearly, ensuring reasoning is traceable in the context of Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when booking quality depends on external confirmation rather than assumption.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs combine documentation, cross-functional coordination, and booking quality focus; work remains open if signals are not current.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
