The Booking Quality Specialist operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency handling domestic and international destinations, trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The role focuses on maintaining and improving booking quality through specialized evidence-based processes. Decisions and actions must reflect the agency’s operating environment, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated and managed.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile booking quality with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the agency’s workflow.
- Coordinate and document role-specific processes with status tracking, maintaining clarity on source, owner, status, and next steps for all bookings.
- Review quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints adhere to a booking-focused, quality-driven execution profile.
- Document and report on booking quality, ensuring traceability and accountability for all actions taken.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Position Details

Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
