Responsibilities
- Reconcile booking quality with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
- Coordinate role documentation with status tracking for booking quality, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Document processes and reporting to maintain clarity and traceability of booking quality evidence.
- Maintain quality control with workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
