Job Summary
Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program at MountainView Hospital is searching for a BE/BC Blood and Marrow Transplantation & Cellular Therapy physician to join their facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
About the Role
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible in hematology and oncology
- BMT training is preferred
- Will consider visa candidates
Responsibilities
Will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in clinical research studies
- Provide consultation and education to patients and families
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the program
Requirements
Must have:
- Current medical license in good standing
- Experience in hematologic malignancies and solid organ transplantation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
- Completed BMT training
- Experience with complex and minimally invasive surgical procedures
- Knowledge of oncology nursing practices
