Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their client's team fully onsite in the northeast Atlanta area.

$90,000–$110,000 based on experience
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality sales talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
- Lead by example as a senior member of the recruiting team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to junior recruiters.
- Share recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
- Help develop team capabilities and contribute to ongoing recruiter training and professional growth.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative functions.
- Assist with employee offboarding processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accurate and compliant data management.
- Support policy communication and employee understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance tracking, audits, and HR recordkeeping requirements.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, programs, and company culture activities.
- Support HR programs related to onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions, concerns, and requests.
- Partner with leadership and employees to deliver a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Strong background in recruiting for sales roles (BDM, regional manager, district managers, etc).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
