Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
  • Recruit for a wide range of roles including Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate support positions
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, culture fit, availability, and alignment with project needs
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach
  • Promote and manage the employee referral program in alignment with company guidelines
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and market conditions
  • Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system and ensure the recruitment tracker is consistently updated with current candidate and requisition status
  • Avoid recruiting activities that violate federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and efficiency
  • Track and support recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire
  • Assist with workforce planning efforts in coordination with operations and project leadership
  • Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with special initiatives, projects, or strategic recruiting efforts as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience; minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments; experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring; required knowledge, skills, and abilities; strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills; excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities; ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism; ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and a high level of emotional intelligence when communicating with individuals at all levels, including during high-pressure or sensitive situations; strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and calendar management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and being punctual and prepared for meetings; associated knowledge, skills, and abilities; high sense of urgency and accountability; strong judgment and decision-making skills; ability to build credibility and trust with leadership and field teams; adaptability to changing business needs and project timelines; commitment to upholding Enterprise Electrical's core values; bilingual English and Spanish is required
