Senior Recruiter - Full Bilingual

Pay rate: $25/hour – remote position

Responsibilities

• Full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, digital technology, and enabling functions professional requisitions
• Compliance with OFCCP regulations
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms

Requirements

• Full bilingual proficiency
• At least 2 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree

Qualifications

• 4 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including defense/aerospace industry support
• Workday experience preferred
