• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Served as Contact Person

• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Met Weekly Quotas

• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

On-Boarding Materials

• Prepare on-boarding materials with full-cycle recruitment

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in Spanish/English
• Experience as a recruiter in a staffing setting
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• High energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas ($25.00/hr)

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $25.00/hr, based on experience

Schedule

• Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm (Occasional overtime due to schedule demands)
