- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Met Weekly Quotas
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
On-Boarding Materials
- Prepare on-boarding materials with full-cycle recruitment
Qualifications
- Fully fluent in Spanish/English
- Experience as a recruiter in a staffing setting
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- High energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas ($25.00/hr)
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $25.00/hr, based on experience

Schedule
- Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm (Occasional overtime due to schedule demands)
