About the role

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Bilingual Recruiter to assist in Human Resources recruitment efforts, helping to bring in qualified talent across all divisions.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Assist the recruitment team in building a strong pipeline of candidates for drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, and other roles
• Meet with hiring managers on recruitment efforts
• Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Use job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies to find candidates
• Assist in translating for Spanish-only or ESL candidates/customers

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• 1-3 years in a recruitment role preferred
• Experience in recruiting CDL holders, equipment operators, or general laborers preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results
• Experience using an ATS software of any kind
• Active WI driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
