Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt
- Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways
- Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition
- Address and overcome objections from families
- Congnorate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an environment connecting with warm leads, customer retention, or quota-based goals
- Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different backgrounds
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to manage details and strong organization skills

Pay
The pay for this position is $21.00 per hour plus additional bonuses based on performance
Schedule
This is a full-time position, with expected hours of 8:00am-4:30pm PT/10:00am-6:30pm CT/11:00am-7:30pm ET
