About the role
Joining Behavioral Innovations means becoming part of a dynamic team committed to providing compassionate ABA therapy. We are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to lead our clinical excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and quality assurance of clinical services across multiple centers.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and training programs for staff.
- Provide supervision and consultation to BCBA’s and RBT’s to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on working with children with autism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Experience in managing a team of BCBA’s and RBT’s.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance with federal and state laws.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with clinical software systems.

Pay
$89,500 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
