About the role

Joining Behavioral Innovations means becoming part of a dynamic team committed to providing compassionate ABA therapy. We are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to lead our clinical excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and quality assurance of clinical services across multiple centers.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and training programs for staff.
  • Provide supervision and consultation to BCBA’s and RBT’s to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on working with children with autism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Experience in managing a team of BCBA’s and RBT’s.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance with federal and state laws.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with clinical software systems.
