Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Salary: Earn between $98,500 - $111,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
• Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Earn between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
• Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, giving you time to recharge and take care of yourself.
• Sign On Bonus or Relocation: Up to $10,000 bonus if you meet eligibility requirements.
