About the role

At Behavioral Innovations, we are now seeking a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) for our Indian Trail Treatment Center. With over 26 years of experience, we aim to be the leading provider of compassionate ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and quality of ABA therapy programs
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve client outcomes
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBA staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy
  • Experience in supervising BCBA staff
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in ABA therapy

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Competitive Salary: Earn between $94,000 - $107,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
