About the role
At Behavioral Innovations, we are now seeking a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) for our Indian Trail Treatment Center. With over 26 years of experience, we aim to be the leading provider of compassionate ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and quality of ABA therapy programs
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve client outcomes
- Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBA staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy
- Experience in supervising BCBA staff
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in ABA therapy
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
