About the role

At Behavioral Innovations, we're seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to join our growing team in Mallard Creek. With over 25 years of experience, we're committed to providing compassionate ABA therapy and creating meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical services and ensure high-quality ABA therapy delivery.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Experience leading clinical services in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Effective leadership and management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
