Behavioral Innovations is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in our Edmond, OK center. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for center-based ABA therapy programs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and company-established clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with intake, training, billing, and home office teams to support program delivery.
• Supervise RBT training and support new hires through structured onboarding.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinical excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Pay

• Competitive Salary: $100,000 – $122,000 reflecting skills and experience.
• 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays.

• Company-paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.
• Monthly clinical excellence bonuses, paid quarterly.
