At Behavioral Innovations, we are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $103,500 - $125,500, reflective of your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations and quality assurance of all clinical services.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
• Provide supervision and consultation to BCBA staff members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to supervisees.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on working with children with autism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience leading and supervising BCBA staff.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing ABA therapy.
