Join Behavioral Innovations as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) at the Jersey Village Treatment Center in Houston, TX. With over 26 years of experience, we operate 80+ centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, serving children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. This role is part of a clear career progression path: ABA Intern → ABA Apprentice → ABA Resident → BCBA → Sr. Director Clinical Services → Area Clinical Director.

Responsibilities

  • Provide center-based, early intervention, evidence-based therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, including verbal behaviors and behavior modifications.
  • Manage cases, collect and analyze data, and design interventions.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals in a supportive, empathetic work environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.

Skills

  • Experience with center-based, early intervention, and evidence-based therapy.
  • Background in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or special education.
  • Proficiency in case management, behavioral therapy, verbal behaviors, and behavior modifications.
  • Strong skills in data collection, interventions, case management, and data analysis.

Pay

  • Competitive salary: $82,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
  • Generous bonuses: $6,000 - $18,000 a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
  • Relocation assistance: up to $10,000 if qualified.
  • Geo Modifier bonus: up to $5,000 at select locations.

Schedule

  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO) plus 7 paid holidays.
