Join Behavioral Innovations as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) in Southmoore. We are seeking a BCBA who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $122,000
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays

  • Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Monthly bonuses, paid quarterly

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
