Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $122,000
- Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays

- Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Monthly bonuses, paid quarterly

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
