BCBA Senior Director of Clinical Services

About the role

At Behavioral Innovations, we are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Owasso, OK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations and quality assurance of all clinical services.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
• Provide supervision and consultation to BCBA staff.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations for clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on working with children with autism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience in managing a team of BCBA staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in ABA therapy.

• Competitive salary range: $103,500 - $125,500.
