About the Role
We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. As the largest center-based provider across TX, OK, CO, VA, NC, and MD with 90+ centers, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in our new state-of-the-art centers.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality clinical care.
- Utilize established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $85,500 to $93,500, reflecting your skills and experience.

Schedule
Full-time role with 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
