About the Role
Behavioral Innovations is looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. Join the largest center-based provider across TX, OK, and CO with 80+ centers and a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Pay
- Competitive Salary: $91,000 - $101,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
- Clinical Excellence Bonuses: Earn between $6,000 - $18,000 a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 if you meet eligibility requirements.
- Retention Bonus Program: $40,000.
Schedule
