About the Role

We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. Behavioral Innovations is the largest center-based provider across TX, OK, CO, VA, NC, and MD with 100+ centers. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in our new state-of-the-art centers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, dedicated team to maintain excellence in clinical practices.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to advance clinical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Pay

Competitive Salary: Earn between $xx,xxx - $xx,xxx, reflecting your skills and experience.

  • Monthly bonuses for clinical excellence, paid quarterly.
  • Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 if you meet eligibility requirements.
  • Retention Bonus Program: $40,000.
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 if you meet qualifications.

Schedule
