Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Professional Development & Support
- Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.
- Career advancement opportunities with ongoing training & professional development.
- Ongoing training in established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
- Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
- RBT training to provide more interaction and collaboration; including an RBT Buddy that will check in with new hires and support them through training.
- 30+ hours of free CEUs annually.

Pay
Competitive Salary: Earn between $85,000 - $97,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
- Monthly bonuses, paid quarterly, for clinical excellence.
- $40,000 Retention Bonus Program.
Schedule
- 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 7 paid holidays.
