AVP, Patient Access (50% travel)

Job Responsibilities
- Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions and Senior Access leaders across the organization.
- This position will establish positive, collaborative relationships with operational leaders to fulfill the Ensemble Differences.
- Actively leads and/or participates in modernizing Patient Access.
- Develops and maintains an effective, visible and well-respected leadership team by selecting, evaluating, coaching and managing the performance of qualified professionals.
- Works in a collaborative manner with all managers/team leaders to ensure a successful and compliant revenue cycle process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple health systems preferred.
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives including alignment of company goals and vision with operational execution.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI, success in translating AI into Business outcomes, and the ability to move teams from experimentation to scale.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure.
- Able to effectively lead diverse teams and influence change management.
- Effective communication skills with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking and action planning abilities.
- CRCR certification required within 9 months of employment (Ensemble supported).

Pay
This position pays between $127,000 - $160,000 based on experience, and is eligible for annual incentives.
Schedule
Travel within assigned market every other week (or more as needed).
