About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Service Advisor for a high‑volume Stellantis dealership. In this role you will build trust, drive sales, and create exceptional ownership experiences for both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers. You will work with an established customer base, benefit from professional development opportunities, and be supported by a leadership team focused on your success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional ownership experience
• Build lasting relationships with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly
• Recommend maintenance and repair services with confidence and integrity
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service sales

Qualifications

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer‑service skills
• Proven ability to achieve high CSI scores
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Organized, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
• Stellantis dealership experience is a plus

Pay

$8,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates. Top advisors earn $90,000‑$150,000+ annually under a performance‑based pay plan.
