Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Create repair orders and communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle inspections, and customer needs.
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
- Communicate repair status, timelines, pricing, and completion updates to customers.
- Cookordination with technicians, parts department, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review completed repairs, invoices, and recommendations with customers.
- Maintain dealership CSI and customer satisfaction standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Support service department goals for customer retention, sales, and fixed operations performance.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
- Hyundai experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
