Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling automotive products and services, ensuring excellent customer service, and accurately documenting customer needs and vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers professionally and documenting their concerns.
• Recommending services, communicating technician insights, and providing accurate quotes.
• Promoting products and services, and updating customers on service progress.
• Processing transactions, explaining warranties, and following up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Tracking returns, warranties, and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance, current driver’s license, and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Pay

Salary range of $40K - $60K based on experience.

Full-time with flexible scheduling. Facility closed on Sundays.
