Automotive Sales Consultant - Bilingual

About the role

White Bear Mitsubishi is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, be committed to providing an excellent customer experience, match customers with the perfect vehicle, and guide them through every step of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Create customers for life by generating excitement and demonstrating customer enthusiasm
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles
• Go on test drives and walk-through vehicle features and benefits
• Maintain excellent customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Manage strong pipeline to ensure excellent two-way communication
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and pertinent trends
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and utilizing other technology applications as required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
