Position Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and create customers for life by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to their needs.
- Serve as the vehicle expert by understanding product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, performance reviews, and analysis.
- Bring a positive attitude and “A-game” to work each and every day.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience preferred (Automotive, Retail, Insurance, or similar).
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete a background check for sales licensing.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality, especially when handling guest questions or concerns.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6+ hours).
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
