Position Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and create customers for life by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Serve as the vehicle expert by understanding product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, performance reviews, and analysis.
  • Bring a positive attitude and “A-game” to work each and every day.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience preferred (Automotive, Retail, Insurance, or similar).
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to complete a background check for sales licensing.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly and approachable personality, especially when handling guest questions or concerns.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6+ hours).
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
