Responsibilities
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Perform high quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Negotiate closure in a clear and concise manner.
- Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
- Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value add products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Auto Sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in sales
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Self-Starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required
- Willing to submit pre-employment background check, DMV record, and drug screen
