Audio Visual Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of the AV industry
• At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting
• Education: an associate's degree is preferred, but not required
• Customer Service Experience: A must!

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Passionate about AV
