Audio Visual Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems in various locations (overnight travel is required, accommodations taken care of by CTI).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with: Displays, projection, and video walls, etc.
• Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers, etc.)
• Video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room PCs, etc.)
• Control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.)
• Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Customer-Facing Support Documentation & Ticketing
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV integration installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting are required.
• Educational requirement: An associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
• Must have Customer Service Experience.
• Positive attitude and aptitude are key.

Salary: $65,000/yr - $95,000/yr (DOE)
