About the role

The Associate Property Manager is responsible for maintaining multifamily communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring high levels of service, and managing a team to maximize property performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Property Manager with community operations
  • Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
  • Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards
  • Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic
  • Lead by example, instill and maintain Cushman & Wakefield values
  • Supervise on-site team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Maintain resident files according to company standards
  • Manage a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up
  • Manage and maintain community budget and finances
  • Work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Vocational school required
  • 3+ years of Property Management experience
  • 1+ years of Management experience

Compensation

$36.78 - $43.27 per hour
